Privacy Policy

Friendly Labs Inc. ("Frens", "we") operates the Frens app. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
What we collect
- Account: your email address, name, and account identifiers from the Apple or Google sign-in you choose, and your Google profile photo if you sign in with Google.
- Profile: your name, username, and photo. Other Frens users can see these.
- Content: messages, groups, reactions, photos, and links you share, including link previews our servers fetch for links you write.
- Connections: your friends, the people you block, and messages you report.
- Wallet: the public addresses of the wallets created for your account, blockchain activity for those addresses, and transactions you make in the app.
- Device and usage: device and app details, your push notification token, which screens you open, and crash reports.
How we use it
We use this information to provide, secure, and improve Frens, deliver notifications, review reports, and contact you about the service.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that operate Frens for us: sign-in and wallets, hosting and storage, analytics, crash reporting, push notifications, and blockchain and market data. They may use the information only to provide their services to us and must protect it at least as well as we do.
- Other users: your profile, whatever you share with them, and, if you use the wallet, which tokens you hold and trade. Wallet addresses and transactions are public on their blockchains.
- Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect users.
We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and deletion
We keep your information while your account exists. You can delete your account in the app's settings; we then remove your name, username, email address, and photo. Messages you sent stay visible to their recipients as from "Deleted user", and we keep records of your connections and wallet activity. To access, correct, or delete other information, email support@frens.lol.
Children
Frens is not for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We will post changes here and update the effective date. We do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
